Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees: You Find It Snorkeling

Published by ignitethemind under News Edit This

If you’ve been looking for this. . .

you’ve been looking in the wrong place.

You should be looking here. . .

According to a recent report, Paul Lucas, an Australian man who apparently has a great deal of money, is looking to hire an “island caretaker” to look after the Queensland estate. The winning hire will be furnished with a rent-free 3 bedroom home “complete with plunge pool and golf buggy.”

As one can imagine the requirements for the successful hire are lofty. . .a good swimmer, excellent communicator, and able to speak and write English.  Horribly unattainable!

And to top it all off, the job duties are absolutely demanding. . .”stroll the white sands, snorkel the reef, take care of “a few minor tasks” — and report to a global audience via weekly blogs, photo diaries and video updates,” to promote tourism there. Wow, absolutely bruising, I tell ya!

The only downfall to this “walk in the park” (or island we should say), is the job only lasts 6 months, which is even worse when you consider the pay: $150,000 Australian dollars ($105,000 US).

To put your name into this grueling, unrewarding position, go to: www.islandreefjob.com

(Feel free to try the link, apparently its broken. . .probably from everyone clicking it!)
