Ski Buff

Traditional Definition: A person who has a great passion for skiing and does so as often as one possibly can.

New Definition: Someone dangling pantless from a ski lift (<– Image linked - Beware the moon will shine!)

There have always been “freak” accidents; now we can add another one to the list.

A 48 year-old man was riding a ski-lift, enjoying his day of skiing at Blue Sky Basin at Vail Ski Resort, unaware he was about to become the next “hottest” (or in this case “coldest”) news story.

The man fell through the crease of the ski-life and in the process, he became de-pantsed.  Or as is now the popular term after Janet Jackson’s Super Bowl mishap, he had a wardrobe malfunction .

And to top it all off it wasn’t just 1 minute of hanging bottoms-up, nor 5 or even 10, but it took 15 minutes (a seeming eternity) and the embarrassing help of several others, to get the poor guy out of the chair and right side up.

Lucky for him, reporters were unable to get his name. . .but they did get a whole lot more!
